This is primarily a take-out location, but there is some space for dining in. They offer New York style inspired pizza with the thin crusts and a huge selection of toppings. Known for their Indian cuisine, Chaat House’s mission is to cater to everyone’s taste by offering all cooking traditions under one roof. This ambitious goal makes it difficult to control quality as cooks are constantly switching hats to cater to each style of cooking traditions. As a result, sometimes items on the menu may not be available or may be underwhelming. From a pizza perspective, the star is the Chicken Tandoori pizza. It is best to call ahead to ensure its availability. Located off the infamous OBT, the area is not exactly Family-Friendly Glitz and Glamour of Disney, but the immediate area around the store is safe and many locals frequent this area without any issues. This restaurant is great for families looking for value and caters to wide array of tastes and dishes.
Conveniently located in the heart of I-Drive near Universal and SeaWorld, this fast-food location serves up hot pizzas made to order. They are known for their specialty pizzas like Chicken Kabob Pizza and Gyro Pizza. While you can expect to pay about $20 for a specialty pizza, the convenience of the location for visitors in the tourist district can offset the additional costs. They also server up Middle-Eastern classics like shawarmas. Their large painted mural of the 3 Holy sites of Islam is a nice feature piece to admire while you wait for your order.
Located near Disney and Marriot Orlando World Center this Middle Eastern Halal restaurant has expanded their menu to include Pizzas, Calzones and Stromboli. They come with all the Halal meat options including “bacon”, “ham”, and “salami”. The portions are generous making the price reasonable. While the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, there is little something cold about the service. They do charge a mandatory tip for all dine-in so it’s best to order takeout to avoid this charge or be sure to factor that into your tip.
Fried Chicken and Pizza
Located off Route-192 amongst the tourist gift shops close to the Disney entrance, this Halal fast-food joint offers traditional classics like fried chicken, pizza, burgers and gyro sandwiches. Right beside a Hookah Smoke Shop, this restaurant capitalizes on hungry dinners looking to sit back and relax with some comfort foods. Most notable are the specialty pizza like BBQ or Buffalo Chicken and the White Pizza, made with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. Mostly a take-out location, they do have several tables for dining in.
